POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for growing HFI sales by initiating projects for new ingredients with existing customers and work to develop and maintain customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and optimal customer experience.
• Represent HFI at conventions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Present and promote HFI’s products/services to prospective customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Learn the process through which grains are transformed into edible food items and how these food items sustain us. 
• Participate in sales meetings, training and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge while utilizing internal technology platforms.
